I asked the Lord, What do I do now? I think I expected God to show up with an answer, but I must have been thinking too hard, because the answer came back all-at-once. I have a daughter who is age 4 ½, and her dad just walked out on her, her mother, and her sister. When I first learned I was going to be a mother, I felt a little like I was in the Twilight Zone. I’m not certain what the future has for me, but I know my life will never be the same. They get updated on my new blog, Laughing in the Shower. My new struggle is learning to cope with my emotions during it, and in the worst case, making it up as I go along. I’ve fought cancer, and now have a new battle. It’s still a part of my life today, when not writing. My love of writing began in high school, and I am not ashamed to admit it. If anyone’s got any ideas on other applications, I’d love to hear them. Take a lot of computer power to do with our current data processing, so we’reĬonsidering using it to generate real, human-edited images. My team wants to build a webcrawler that grabs images from the web. Lots of new, interesting applications for this.
